ISO 42001 AI management framework reflection
For a few days I was studying ISO 42001 AI management framework.
In my opinion the standard mostly useful for Managers, Cybersecurity experts and IT auditors. This could be Big4, Big4 consultants or bank and telecom infrastructure people. I did not find for myself a practical action steps which could help in studying AI systems similarly as depicted in ISO 22989. AI management standards mostly describes so called controls (areas where management should pay attention). Such as AI policy, requirements documentation and many more.. Documenting data sets and responsible AI practices is another important part open source explored in the standart. Looking back how its predecessor ISO 22989 was concepts such as L0-L6 autonomous ML (was then reflected in all modern electric vehicles, I guess ISO 42001 will be reflected) in corporate legislation pretty soon.
